About

Brennan currently serves as the Director of the Technology Practice Group at Continental Strategy, where he specializes in digital policy, state procurements, and government affairs.

Previously, Brennan held various roles within Florida Digital Service, providing him with extensive knowledge of state agency operations and a deep understanding of the intricacies of government processes. He supported numerous Florida state agency procurements, offered strategic guidance and recommendations on state cybersecurity policies, and contributed to legislation implementation and rule development.

Before his tenure with state agencies, Brennan served as a regional director for Florida House campaigns in the greater Tampa/St. Petersburg area. He has supported the organization of international humanitarian conferences as a development representative with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Thailand and Vietnam. Additionally, he has prior experience in the Florida Senate, equipping him with skills in policy development and legislative analysis and an ability to navigate complex political landscapes.

Brennan is a Florida Atlantic University graduate and holds a Master’s degree in political philosophy from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
