Alex Garcia is a Partner at Continental Strategy. With over a decade of experience in political strategy, legislative initiatives, and campaign operations, Alex has earned a reputation as a dynamic leader in the political landscape.
Alex’s career highlights include serving as Deputy Political Director for the Trump campaign, overseeing operations in key battleground states including Michigan, Florida, Maine-02, New Hampshire, and New Mexico. He also served as the campaign’s Coalitions Director, leading targeted outreach efforts across Latino, African-American, and Faith communities. Under his leadership, the campaign secured historic victories, such as winning Michigan and delivering Florida by the largest margin in a Presidential campaign, achieving 46% of the Latino vote—a record-setting high—and notable gains in the African-American voting bloc.
Prior to his role on the Trump campaign, Alex served as the Regional Political Director of Florida for Trump Victory, orchestrating a resounding +3.3% margin win in the state—a modern record in statewide elections. He also served as Chief of Staff to Florida Lieutenant Governor Jeanette Nuñez, where he managed critical responsibilities, including oversight of the Florida Department of Health and Space Florida.
Over the past decade, Alex has held key roles in campaigns and legislative offices, sharpening his expertise in field operations, policy development, and political strategy. He served as Deputy State Director for the Republican National Committee's Florida Victory program from 2014 to 2016, worked as a legislative aide in the Florida legislature for four years, and led successful Florida Senate and House campaigns.
