With over a decade of lobbying experience, Courtney has been a driving force in shaping policy across multiple sectors. Most recently, as Director of State Legislative Affairs at the Florida Farm Bureau, she played a pivotal role in crafting agricultural policy and advocating for the interests of Florida’s farming community. Beyond agriculture and finance, Courtney has also been a strong advocate for education policy, addressing issues spanning K-12 and higher education. Her contributions have helped shape meaningful policy discussions and drive initiatives aimed at improving Florida’s education system. In recognition of her leadership and impact, Courtney was named one of Florida Politics' Rising Stars and was included in the News Service of Florida’s 40 Under 40 list in 2024.
