As Chief Operating Officer at Continental Strategy, she oversees the firm’s daily operations, financial health, and human resources. Cristina’s extensive background includes key roles at FXD Construction and World Fuel Services, where she led financial reporting, human resources, and compliance initiatives, significantly improving operational workflows.

A versatile executive with a strong foundation in finance and management, Cristina’s leadership ensures that Continental Strategy maintains its commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients. She holds an MBA from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Management from the University of Florida.

Cristina currently resides in Miami, Florida with her husband Chris and their children.
