Jesús has represented high-profile clients, including President Donald Trump in legal proceedings across New York and Florida, and currently serves as Election Integrity Counsel for the Trump/Vance 2024 Campaign. He also represents the Florida House of Representatives in redistricting litigation and advocates for clients before state and federal government agencies.
In addition to his legal practice, Jesús serves as Chairman of the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, an appointment by Governor Ron DeSantis. He previously chaired the Florida Chapter of the Republican National Lawyers Association from 2014 to 2016.
Admitted to the Florida Bar, he practices before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the First and Eleventh Circuits.
Jesús holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago, with majors in Finance and International Business. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law, where he was inducted into Florida Blue Key. He is also an active member of the Belen Jesuit Alumni Association and the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.

He is a highly regarded trial lawyer with extensive experience in complex litigation and a strong track record of success in both state and federal courts.
