Tom DiGiacomo joins the firm with over two decades of extensive experience in state government, particularly in the transportation sector. His distinguished career includes pivotal roles such as Legislative Affairs Director and Senior Policy Advisor for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the Florida Turnpike Enterprise where he played a crucial role in shaping transportation policies and advancing infrastructure initiatives across the state. Additionally, he served as the Executive Director of the Florida Transportation Commission, where he played a critical role in advising the governor and legislature on transportation policy. In this capacity, he was instrumental in the process of selecting the Secretary of Transportation, ensuring that the state's top transportation leader aligned with Florida's strategic infrastructure goals.

Beyond his significant contributions to government, Tom brings a wealth of industry knowledge from the private sector. For the past four years, he served as the Director of Toll Technologies at PayIt, a leading national enterprise SaaS provider specializing in government solutions. In this role, he spearheaded the development of strategic go-to-market initiatives and drove key sales pursuits, enhancing the company’s presence in the transportation technology market.
